CARATTERISTICHE

VODIPREN COMPOUND è una speciale membrana continua costituita da un’emulsione di bitumi selezionati, additivi e resine sintetiche in alta percentuale che, spruzzata attraverso una particolare attrezzatura unitamente a un catalizzatore, consente la realizzazione in situ di una membrana impermeabilizzante elastomero bituminosa senza soluzioni di continuità, tenacemente ancorata a tutta la superficie di posa e caratterizzata da ottime resistenze alle alte e basse temperature (+ 100°C – 25°C), alle tensioni tangenziali, all’allungamento (circa il 5000%) e alla punzonatura.
La speciale attrezzatura, estremamente pratica, funzionale e di piccole dimensioni, elaborata dal nostro ufficio tecnologico, consente di porre in opera con semplicità circa 500 mq/giorno con sole 2 unità lavorative.
L’utilizzo della posa a pressione (250 BAR), garantisce una perfetta compattezza e uniformità della membrana evitando gli inconvenienti dovuti all’utilizzo di pompe tradizionali (bolle d’aria, sacche di prodotto non catalizzato, variabilità di spessori, eccessivo ingombro delle pompe e impossibilità di applicazioni in presenza di vento)

CAMPI D'APPLICAZIONE

Grazie all’estrema facilità di posa in opera, VODIPREN COMPOUND viene applicato con semplicità e adattabilità su qualunque tipo di superficie, orizzontale, inclinata, verticale o su archi rovesci grazie alla catalizzazione immediata del prodotto.
VODIPREN COMPOUND trova il suo impiego ottimale in tutti i casi di impermeabilizzazione si strutture di ogni forma e dimensione: capannoni industriali, viadotti, ponti, muri contro terra, gallerie, nonché per tetti a falde, terrazze piane e per la reimpermeabilizzazione di vecchie membrane bituminose.

MODALITA' D'USO

VODIPRE COMPOUND viene fornito pronto all’uso, il catalizzatore (cloruro di calcio) viene fornito da Kg. 50. Per la preparazione del catalizzatore è sufficiente sciogliere da 1 a 3 parti (in peso) di catalizzatore in 10 parti d’acqua.
Rapporto VODIPREN COMPOUND / CATALIZZATORE (diluito) circa 7:1.
Consumo: da 5 a 6 Kg/mq in relazione alla rugosità e alla irregolarità del supporto (da 3 a 3,5 mm di spessore secco)

AVVERTENZE

Si raccomanda l’applicazione di VODIPREN COMPOUND su superfici ben pulite e asciutte,a temperatura non inferiore ai 3°C e su supporti precedentemente trattati con VODIECOPRIMER a rapida essiccazione.
Il prodotto spruzzato si catalizza all’istante diventando immediatamente insolubile all’acqua. La reticolazione aumenta con l’emissione dalla membrana della parte liquida inizialmente sotto forma di goccia d’acqua e successivamente sotto forma di vapore. Nel tempo, comunque, la membrana realizzata con VODIPREN COMPOUND continua il processo di reticolazione aumentando e migliorando progressivamente e sensibilmente la resistenza alla lacerazione, allo strappo, al punzonamento e alla resistenza meccanica.
A richiesta VODIPREN COMPOUND è fornibile con aggiunta di additivo antiradice.

VOCE DI CAPITOLATO

TUTTE LE IMPERMEABILIZZAZIONI DELLE COPERTURE E/O DEI MURI CONTRO TERRA VERRANNO ESEGUITE CON MEMBRANA LIQUIDA CONTINUA ELASTOMERO BITUMINOSA (BICOMPONENTE A FREDDO) DENOMINATA VODIPREN COMPOUND.
L’APPLICAZIONE SARÀ ESEGUITA A SPUZZO CON ATTREZZATURA CON CONBINAZIONE DEI COMPONENTI IN USCITA DAGLI UGELLI. LA MEMBRANA VODIPREN COMPOUND AVRÀ UN’ELASTICITÀ NON INFERIORE AL 5000%.

ISTRUZIONI PER L’ATTREZZATURA

La messa in funzione delle due pompe a membrana è un’operazione estremamente facile da eseguire. La pistola a due uscite dovrà montare per il VODIPREN COMPOUND un ugello 4008 mentre per il CATALIZZATORE un ugello 4002. Regolando le pressioni, 15 BAR per la pompa del VODIPREN COMPOUND e 7 BAR per la pompa del CATALIZZATORE, si otterrà costantemente il quantitativo ottimale di VODIPREN COMPOUND e CATALIZZATORE secondo il rapporto 7:1.
N.B. È sempre opportuno verificare con delle prove preliminari l’esatto diametro degli ugelli anche in riferimento alle temperature di applicazione.
La buona qualità, comunque, della membrana VODIPREN COMPOUND, viene garantita da una diligente e razionale posa del prodotto stesso. Consigliamo, pertanto, durante la prima esperienza di posa, di iniziare a impermeabilizzare coperture di piccole dimensioni, prelevando di tanto in tanto, con lama ben affilata, dei campioni di prodotto appena precedentemente spruzzato per verificare lo spessore ed eventualmente correggere la velocità di movimento dello spruzzo.
Procedere all’impermeabilizzazione prima dei verticali – perimetrali e quindi della superficie orizzontale partendo dai bocchettoni di scarico. Applicare il prodotto a 50/60 cm dal piano di posa spruzzando sempre perpendicolarmente ad esso.
Soffermarsi più a lungo in presenza di cavillature o porosità del supporto. Eventuali grosse fessurazioni dovranno essere trattate precedentemente con VODITES (tessuto non tessuto) di gr. 35-40 impregnato di VODIRPEN 90.
In presenza di supporti ammalorati o friabili, è sempre opportuno regolarizzare e risanare questi con malte di ripristino e successivamente trattarli con VODIECOPRIMER.
È sempre necessario ricoprire la membrana VODIPREN COMPOUND con protettivi colorati elastici (VODICOLOR TOP). Anche tali prodotti potranno essere spruzzati con la medesima attrezzatura utilizzando un ugello opportuno, così come il VODIECOPRIMER.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

VODIPREN COMPOUND is a special membrane made with an emulsion of high percentage selected bitumen, additives and synthetic resins. It can be sprayed with special equipment and with a catalyst that permits the realisation of a seamless waterproofing elastomeric bituminous membrane, it is well fixed on the surface and has an excellent resistance to high and low temperatures (+ 100°C – 25°C), tangential voltage, stretching (about 5000%) and stamping.
The special equipment, extremely practical and with small dimensions, created by our technological staff, permits covering of 500sqm a day with just two workmen.
The use of the laying pressure (250 BAR) grants a perfect solidity and uniformity of the membrane avoiding some problems such as: air bubbles, non-catalyzed sac of product, different thickness, excessive dimensions of the pumps and inability of application in case of wind)

PRIMARY USES

Thanks to the extreme facility of its application, VODIPREN COMPOUND can be applied on every kind of surface, horizontal, vertical, inclined planes or arches thanks to the immediate catalyzation of the product.
VODIPREN COMPOUND can be applied in every case of waterproofing of structures of every kind and dimension: industrial sheds, viaducts, bridges, walls, tunnels, terraces and for the re-waterproofing of old bituminous membranes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

VODIPREN COMPOUND is ready for the use, the catalyst (calcium chloride) is delivered in Kg. 50 sacks. In order to prepare the catalyst you have to dilute 1 or 1,3 parts (of weight) of catalyst in 10 parts of water.
Relation VODIPREN COMPOUND/CATALYST(diluted): about 7:1
Consumption: from 5 to 6 Kg./sqm relating to the roughness and the irregularity of the surface (from 3 to 3,5 mm of dry thickness)

PRECAUTIONS

It is recommended to apply VODIPREN COMPOUND on cleaned surfaces, at temperatures not lower than 3°C and on surfaces previously treated with VODIECOPRIMER with fast drying.
The product applied is catalyzed immediately becoming insoluble in water. The cross-linking increases with the issue of the membrane, first of the liquid part as a water drop and then as vapour. Anyway, by the passing of the time, the membrane realized with VODIPREN COMPOUND continues the process of cross-linking increasing and improving the resistance to tearing, stamping and mechanical resistance.
If required, VODIPREN COMPOUND may be formulated with anti-root additives.

SPECIFICATIONS

ALL THE WATERPROOFING OF THE COVERINGS AND/OR FOUNDATION WALLS WILL BE EXECUTED WITH CONTINUOUS LIQUID ELASTOMERIC BITUMINOUS (COLD BICOMPONENT) MEMBRANE CALLED VODIPREN COMPOUND.
THE APPLICATION WILL BE EXECUTED BY SPRAYING WITH THE USE OF AN EQUIPMENT BY COMBINING THE COMPONENTS COMING OUT FROM THE NOZZLES. THE VODIPREN COMPOUND MEMEBRANE WILL HAVE AN ELASTICITY NOT LOWER THAN 5000%.

DIRECTIONS FOR THE MACHINE

The functioning of the two membrane pumps is very easy. On the two outgoing gun you have to put a 4008 nozzle for VODIPREN COMPOUND and a 4002 nozzle for the CATALYST. By regulating the pressures, 15 BAR for the pump of VODIPREN COMPOUND and 7 BAR for the pump of the CATALYST, you will get the constantly good quantity of VODIPREN COMPOUND and the CATALYST, according to the 7:1 proportion.
NOTE: it is always better to test first the exact diameter of the nozzles, considering the application temperature too.
The good quantity of VODIPREN COMPOUND is guaranteed by a correct application of the product. That’s the reason why we suggest, during the first experience of application, to waterproof small coverings, by taking samples of the product previously sprayed with a well-sharpened blade, in order to verify the thickness and eventually modify the movement speed of spraying.
Waterproof first of all the vertical, perimeter surfaces and then the horizontal surfaces, starting from the outlet pipe union. Apply the product at a distance of 50/60 cm from the surface, by spraying always perpendicularly to it.
Focus and insist where there are cracks and porosity. If there are marked slits, treat them with VODITES first (tissue-non-tissue) gr. 35-40 absorbed with VODIPREN 90.
If there are damaged or crumbly supports, it is always better to resettle and reconstruct them by using restoring mortars and then treating them with VODIECOPRIMER.
It is always necessary to recover VODIPREN COMPOUND membrane with elastic, coloured, protective products (VODICOLOR TOP). These products, and VODIECOPRIMER too, can be applied by using the same machine and an appropriate nozzle.
